You open doors
You spot a need, a decision-maker or a problem inside your professional network.
Partners · Introducers · Referrers
Do you know companies losing time to their tools, their spreadsheets or their internal processes? Do you spot concrete software needs? We design the solutions and share with you the value of the projects we develop together.
Companies accumulate needs their standard software does not cover: manual work, scattered data, ageing tools, processes specific to their trade. The way we build lets us handle those subjects quickly and flexibly. To grow this sustainably, we would rather build a network of partners and share a real part of the value created.
You spot a need, a decision-maker or a problem inside your professional network.
Wake Systems handles scoping, proposals, development and delivery, according to the agreed role.
What you earn reflects what you actually contributed: a simple introduction, full scoping, or running the commercial relationship.
You do not need to be a full-time developer or salesperson. What counts is how close you are to companies and how well you recognise what they need.
Consultants, domain experts, former directors or anyone with a network.
Advisory, accountancy, transformation, operational support.
Professionals who hear about software needs without taking them on themselves.
Associations, professional networks or bodies looking for a workable arrangement.
We build internal tools and missing building blocks for independents, mid-sized companies and large organisations, with a process designed to keep time and cost under control.
Three simple levels for fixed-price development projects. The more you take part in qualifying and following the deal, the higher your commission can be.
10 %
You identify a company, the right contact and a workable problem, then make the introduction happen.
Wake Systems handles detailed qualification, pricing, the sale and the build.15 %
You gather enough information for the project to be priced without starting discovery over.
Wake Systems validates the scope, contracts, builds and delivers.20 %
You handle full scoping, the commercial exchanges, the follow-ups, the coordination and the client relationship.
The final level depends on the role actually performed. When you bring in a recurring advisory assignment, commission can follow the length of the engagement, depending on your involvement and the terms of the partnership.
5 %
You are the origin of the assignment, with no operational role needed to keep it running.
10 %
You take a lasting part in the relationship: exchanges, translating the need, qualification or client follow-up.
If the volume of the engagement changes, the commission changes with it, for as long as the assignment, the partnership and the applicable terms continue.
We get to know your work, your network and the openings it holds.
We set out roles, what counts as an introduction and the commissions, in a written agreement.
You bring in identifiable opportunities, recorded and tracked transparently.
We review regularly and widen the collaboration if it works.
No. A qualified opportunity and an introduction fall under the 10 % level on a one-off project. The 15 % and 20 % levels correspond to deeper involvement.
The introduction must identify the company, the right contact and a concrete need; it is recorded in our tracking tool. If the project is already being followed, we tell you. A genuinely separate project at a company we already know can still be recognised.
On one-off projects, the rates apply to amounts excluding tax actually collected, less the direct costs of the project. For recurring assignments, the basis and terms are set out by agreement.
Not automatically. A genuinely separate project calls for a real contribution to that new opportunity. Recurring commission on an advisory assignment also depends on the agreed terms continuing.
Our standard proposal is an independent collaboration, with no territorial exclusivity and no employment relationship. The exact framework is set out in the partnership agreement.
Yes. We can discuss an arrangement suited to a consultancy, a firm, an association or another organisation, subject to its own obligations and the applicable rules.
Or simply a problem to solve? Let us talk it through.
