Data we collect
We only collect the data you give us yourself:
Project form and booking: name, company name, email address, preferred slot and the answers you type about your need.
Journal newsletter: your email address, nothing else. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Client support: your company name, your first and last name, and the content of the request you send us in the support chat. Your email address is only recorded if you give it to us so that we can reply.
Client area: login credentials and data related to the projects that concern you.
Technical monitoring: for the systems we operate on behalf of clients, we receive the errors and technical logs they produce. Messages are scrubbed before storage: session identifiers, tokens, passwords and email addresses are replaced by markers. No visitor is identified, only counted through a non-reversible marker renewed every day.
No special-category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is requested. The site uses no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker for profiling.

Monitoring the systems we operate: performance of the maintenance contract, and legitimate interest in keeping the service working (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Technical logs: 12 months at most.
Recipients and processors
Your data is only seen by the Untitled SAS staff who need it. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.
We rely on the following processors, each under the required contractual clauses:
Vercel Inc.: site hosting, functions executed in the Paris region.
Supabase: database for enquiries and the client area.
Resend: delivery of notification emails.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our processing takes place in the European Union. Where a processor is established outside the Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and limited to what the service requires.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to m.brocker@wakesystems.fr. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
