Motorhome configurator
Buyers build their vehicle choice by choice, see it from every angle, and leave with a priced specification.
Paint and bodywork
Body colour and exterior finishes seen on the vehicle itself, not on a colour chart.
Layout and living space
Floor plans, awning and storage compared from the point of view of the people living in it.
Live pricing
Every option moves the price, and combinations that cannot be built are never offered.
Specification sheet
The finished build becomes a dealer-ready specification with its full breakdown.

The problem
The range looked simple on paper and was impossible to picture on a forecourt: four floor plans, a dozen paint finishes, two upholstery lines, a solar pack, an awning, and a long list of options that only certain combinations allowed. Dealers worked from a printed option grid, sent photographs of whatever vehicle happened to be on the lot, and rebuilt the same quote by hand for every enquiry. Buyers hesitated over a layout they could not walk through, and orders came back with equipment that could not be fitted together.
What we built
A configurator on the manufacturer's site where the vehicle is drawn as it is specified. Paint, exterior finishes, floor plan, upholstery, awning and energy pack each redraw the motorhome on screen, and options that cannot be combined are never offered. The price follows every choice, chassis and equipment packs included. At the end, the build becomes a specification sheet sent to the chosen dealer, who receives a complete, buildable order rather than a request to clarify.

How it went
We started with the option grid and the dealer network's own vocabulary, turning compatibility rules into something the configurator could reason about. The rendering was built from the manufacturer's CAD assets, reduced to a model that loads in seconds on a phone in the middle of a trade show. Three dealers ran it with real customers before launch, and their corrections shaped the last week: fewer steps, bigger paint swatches, the price always visible.
Today
The configurator is where most new buyers start, including on the stand at leisure vehicle shows. Dealers receive specifications they can order as they stand, and the finishes buyers hesitated over are now the ones that sell.
