B2B Business Developer
We sell projects we deliver ourselves, to executives with a specific problem: a process held together by spreadsheets, a product configurator to put in the hands of their sales team, an assembly line to model. This role is about finding those projects, qualifying them honestly, and signing them.

The role
You own business development end to end: account targeting, first contact, discovery, building the proposal with the technical team, negotiation and signature.
You are not selling a catalogue. Every deal starts from a business problem, and the proposal is built with the people who will deliver it. That is harder than selling licences, and far more interesting.
What you will do
- Build and run a pipeline: account targeting, outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, persistence.
- Run discovery meetings with owners, industrial leadership and IT departments.
- Qualify seriously: budget, decision maker, timeline, technical feasibility, and say no when a project is not for us.
- Write proposals with the technical team, price them, defend the price and negotiate terms.
- Grow the existing portfolio: follow-up with delivered clients, scope extensions, referrals.
- Report back what you hear in the market, to shape our positioning, our content and our offers.
Who we are looking for
- At least two years selling B2B services or technical solutions, with multi-week cycles and several stakeholders.
- Genuine technical curiosity: you do not need to code, but you must understand what we sell and explain it accurately.
- Discipline in follow-up: a CRM kept up to date, follow-ups actually made, commitments honoured.
- Strong writing: a clear proposal wins a deal as surely as a good meeting.
- Autonomy, because nobody here will hand you a script to read.
- Fluent French and professional English, as our clients are in France and Luxembourg.
What we offer
- An offer you can defend without overselling: delivered projects, visible results, and clients reachable as references.
- A direct line to the team that builds: no commercial promise that cannot be kept.
- A base salary and uncapped commission tied to signed business.
- Latitude over your method, your targets and your organisation, and remote work.
Hiring process
- A thirty-minute first call about your background and what you are looking for.
- A working session on a real client case, which we go through together.
- A conversation with the team, and a reasoned answer within five working days.
We reply to every application, including when the answer is no.
